I've got to say, this is my first time buying a house and working with a real estate agent (so I don't have much in way of basing a comparison). That being said, my experience with Matt was so spectacular that I have absolutely NO reason to go with anyone else in the future. Matt, you will forever be my real estate agent (whether you like it or not!). Like I said, I don't know many agents, but I know people and not a lot of people will happily take calls late at night to help someone else learn and grow as a person. If you want an experience where your agent makes you feel like you're family, Matt is your guy!
